    What is the minimum and max solar power system you can produce?
    The minimum solar power system we produced is around 30w, such as solar street light. But normally the minimum for home use is 100w 200w 300w 500w etc.

    Most of people prefer 1kw 2kw 3kw 5kw 10kw etc for home use, normally it is AC110v or 220v and 230v.
    The max solar power system we produced is 30MW/50MWH.

    Maintenance of solar power generation system
    System maintenance
    1. Solar panel cleaning, photoelectric conversion efficiency testing, maintenance.
    2. Steel support maintenance.
    3. All solar inverters shall be maintained.
    4. Equipment wiring and grounding inspection.
    5. Solar panel cleaning, solar panel maintenance procedures.
    6. The cleaning of solar panels shall be carried out every half month. The maintenance of photovoltaic panels mainly depends on whether the solar power supply system and the battery pack are in normal operation.
    7. This includes checking each solar panel and solar system circuit and circuit connection, and checking whether each group of photovoltaic panels works normally.
    8. Check the solar cell of the photovoltaic panel, the connection, the template, the die glass, and the frame for looseness and damage. Relevant conditions shall be recorded in the maintenance/repair log. In case of any damage, replace it immediately or plan to replace it.
    9. The surface of the photovoltaic panel can be cleaned every time, which can increase the power generation of the system. The cleaning times can be appropriately increased according to the actual situation on site.

    Steel support maintenance
    The maintenance of the steel support mainly depends on whether the steel support is rusted. If it is, remove the rusty part on the surface and then brush the anti rust paint. Check whether the installation part of the solar cell module has screws. If yes, tighten the screws immediately.

    Inverter maintenance
    1. Confirm that the parameter values are set normally.
    2. Make sure the equipment is in good standby state.
    3. Keep equipment clean and dry, and keep indoor ventilation; Keep away from water source and fire source; Do not place small metal objects on the top of the instrument.
    4. Do not allow non professionals to open the equipment for operation or parameter modification.
    5. Please do not move the product staff when they appear.
    6. In case of any error in the system, the solar inverter will send a message. Please check the cause of the system error, timely troubleshoot and make records.
    7. Regularly check the system parameters and make inspection records. If any abnormality is found, find out the cause of the abnormality and handle it accordingly; If the cause of the abnormality cannot be found, contact the relevant professional personnel to find out, so as to avoid accidents and affect the use of the system.
    8. During system maintenance, be sure to disconnect the solar cell first, and then cut off the load.
